Return Policy

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as the customer has provided substantiation of the claim.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to be returned to Darts & Decor for inspection and before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Darts & Decor will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Darts & Decor representative to be defective (if the product needs to be returned to D&D).

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does Darts & Decor reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Darts & Decor support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Darts & Decor.

How the Return Process Typically Works

*Important note: not all items need to be returned in order for a refund, credit or exchange to be processed. The best way to expedite the process is by submitting a photo of the damaged product. (see "Returning Damaged/Defective Items" above)

Print and fill out the Darts & Decor Return form (insert link). (Please indicate whether you want a refund, credit, or exchange for your return item)
Include the Return Form in your package along with your returning items. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing upon receipt.

Once your returned package has been received, a Darts & Decor customer care representative will contact you via email with an indication as to what will follow.

Why Can I NOT Return My Product

Products that are received by Darts & Decor in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including all items originally included with the product
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return

How Long Will It Take to Receive a Credit or Refund

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

If you have requested an account credit, be advised that credits usually take up to (48 hours) to appear in your Darts & Decor account. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on Darts & Decor.
